Why Shower Affirmations Work
Combine the cleansing power of water with the transformative power of positive affirmations
Cleanse Mind & Body Together
Shower Affirmations are a powerful way of affirming something and adding manifestation to your daily routine. While you cleanse in the shower, you can manifest something new at the same time! Place them in your shower or on your bathroom mirror.
Reprogram Your Subconscious
An affirmation is anything you say or think. Affirmations work best when repeated daily because they focus the mind in a positive direction. We have to retrain our thinking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives. Think happy thoughts — it’s that simple.
“Saying affirmations is only part of the process. The secret to having your affirmations work quickly and consistently is to prepare an atmosphere for them to grow in. Affirmations are like seeds planted in soil. Poor soil, poor growth. Rich soil, abundant growth. The more you choose to think thoughts that make you feel good, the quicker the affirmations work.”
